When you contact us through our website, we collect:

That's it. We don't collect anything else through the website.

We do not use:

We don't know how you found us, what pages you visit, how long you stay, or what device you're using. By design.

We use your name and email address for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry.
If you become a client:

- We'll collect additional information necessary to perform the service you've requested
- All client engagements are covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- We retain your information only as long as necessary to complete your service and fulfill any legal obligations
We will never:

- Add you to any mailing list without your permission
How We Protect Your Information
Website Security
- Our website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection)
- Hosted on Cloudflare Pages with enterprise-grade security
- No third-party scripts or trackers that could leak your data
Contact Form Submissions
- Form data is transmitted via encrypted email
- Not stored in any third-party database or CRM
- Deleted when no longer needed for business purposes
Client Data
- Protected under individual NDA agreements
- Stored on secure, self-hosted systems (not cloud services)
- Accessed only by WigSec personnel
- Permanently deleted upon service completion or client request
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what information we have about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information at any time
- Opt out of any communications

Third-Party Services
Hosting
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, timestamps) as part of their infrastructure. We do not have access to this data. Review Cloudflare's privacy policy at: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
Contact form submissions are delivered via standard email protocols. Your email provider and ours may process the message according to their respective privacy policies.
We do not use:
- Email marketing platforms
- CRM systems (cloud-based)
- Payment processors (payments arranged separately)
- Any other third-party data processors
If we add any third-party services in the future, we will update this policy and notify existing contacts.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information if:
- Required by law, court order, or legal process
- Necessary to protect our legal rights or defend against legal claims
- Necessary to prevent harm or illegal activity
In such cases, we will disclose only the minimum information required and will notify you unless prohibited by law.

We're a privacy consulting firm. If we tracked you on our own website, that would be... problematic.
